Terms of Service

By accessing or using Atlas Job (“the Service”) at atlasjob.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Atlas Job is an AI-powered job search platform that helps you find, score, and apply for jobs. The Service includes:

• Automated job searches across multiple job boards on your behalf
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scoring of job listings against your CV
• AI-generated tailored CVs and cover letters for specific roles
• Outreach email drafting and sending via connected Gmail accounts
• A Chrome/Edge browser extension to facilitate job scraping

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, and beta users receive unlimited access free of charge during this period.

During the beta period, access is limited to approved users. Beta users receive:

• Full, unlimited access to all features at no cost
• Early access to new features before general release
• Priority support via Team@atlasjob.tech

We reserve the right to transition to a paid model after the beta period ends. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any charges apply.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your password and account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at Team@atlasjob.tech

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false or misleading information in job applications
• Scrape or harvest data from job boards in violation of their own terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (CV, cover letters, personal information). We use this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If you connect a Google account, you grant Atlas Job limited access to your Gmail to read relevant emails and send outreach messages on your behalf. We request only the minimum necessary permissions. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

Atlas Job’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Atlas Job and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Content you create using the Service (tailored CVs, cover letters, outreach drafts) belongs to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated CVs, cover letters, or outreach emails will result in job offers
• Job listings sourced from third-party boards are accurate or current

You use the Service at your own risk. Always review AI-generated content before submitting to employers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Job shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or any harm caused by AI-generated content submitted to third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you paid nothing, as a beta user).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
